On really windy days I constantly get a "Door Open Warning" on my Allure 50. On calm days I have no problems whatsoever. I have an OAK installed with about a 18 inches of 2" aluminum flex pipe. My exhaust consists of-

Appliance adaptor
45
18 inch straight
4-way tee
8 feet vert. rise
90
Term. cap. All 3"

The Harman manual says if the EVL is under 20 then 3" exhaust is fine but everything I have read on here says 15 and under. My EVL worked out to just over 18. This is my first pellet stove so I am new to all of this. I have searched these forums and the web for any possible cause and solution with no luck. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance
