I just finished getting things a bit more presentable. I finally broke down on bought a label machine. First time using automotive type wire tape.
I have been running it for quite a long time and the fuse size is good. I already used the switches when I did my cleaning. I had only the AC and Combustion blower switches on in test mode. I only had to add one extra set of disconnects other than what was already there. I didn't want to dig in the back to find them. I did all the work through the circuit card opening. I have some other pictures and if anyone wants more info let me know.

What was the reasoning for fusing everything individually? Not that I'm knocking it, it would make it easy to tell which component was the culprit if one drew too much power, but I haven't seen that done before.

There are threads about guys fusing their igniters on here. According to what I read, they have had igniters fail and short. They have blown the main fuse (the only fuse). The problem with that, is you are letting your control card fuse blow, and that could damage your board and output triacs. Boards are expensive.
Another issue is the feed motor. It is a little cheap motor and likely to stall at some point. Without a small fuse it could over heat and cause damage. I didn't want to hide fuses in my stove where they are hard to get at, so I made little panel. It's nice to have the switches too. I can shut off any of the electrical circuits for maintenance ot troubleshooting. It's not standard, or required, more of a project I guess. Once I get an idea in my head, the only way to get rid of it is to do it. It can be expensive some of the idea's, but this was more labor than money.
I didn't really have to modify the wiring (except one wire) I just hooked into existing stabs. It's attached only with magnets, so it's removeable in about 20 minutes.
