To start off we have been running this furnace I think right at 10 years. Always been great heat and only an issues when we get lazy. Well it stopped working Friday night. So I work on it Sat and figured it would be something simple.
Vacuumed out furnace, Cleaned pipe's, Cleaned out the inside, emptied pellets, cleaned burn pot. There was some fines in the screw. Vacuumed those out also.
Feed motor would not work. It had grease or oil on the bottom of the gearcase. So figured after 10 years it was about ready to go. I did short out the 2 wires going from the vacuum port. And did not get the motor to run. So ordered a new screw motor Monday.
It came in Wed, put it on and still no go. So I found a cord and plugged the motor in straight. It ran good, so old motor was good also. But I was just lazy, as we had the Heatpump for heat. But it Froze up Tuesday morning. ;sick So no heat other then oil heaters I hate those.
I just cleaned the pellet furnace again. And did get about a teacup of ash but that was about it.

HELP I have ran out of stuff to check. I will take down the stove pipes this evening. And check them for sure. AS the installer did not do as good a job as he should have. They go up on 3ft section then turn 90 into a 4ft section then 90 up 3ft into the old Wood heater stove flu. Man I wish I had left that wood heater in.

To me I'm almost sure its draft related. But when everything is clean. What is next?

Also did not run it last winter. $250. per ton,and pellets are made within 50 miles of me. And would not pay that again. This past summer they were still $235. here . But found a place 30 miles from me selling them for $150. so picked up 4 ton. Guess It did not like sitting idle for a year.

No blinks on the Control Board?
    Fuse still good?
    Auger jammed?

Only blinking I get is failing to light after time.
Fuse where is it at? Everything powers up other then Auger motor.
Auger turns and feeds pellets when wired straight. So its not jammed. But I did clean it out of everything to make sure.

Check the vacuum port, hose, then jump the vac switch, and see if your auger motor runs.

    From your manual
    FEEDER DOES NOT FEED
    1. No pellets in hopper.
    2. Firebox draft may be too low for low draft
pressure switch in feeder circuit to operate.
Check for closed doors, loose or missing
gasket on doors or hopper lid, or a faulty pres-
    sure switch.
    3. Feed motor will not run until ESP
senses 165 deg. F. Maybe you did not put
enough pellets in the burn pot before lighting the
    fire manually.
    4. Something is restricting flow in the hopper or
causing the slide plate to stick.
    5. Feed motor has failed

Cleaned whole unit and pipes 2X. And going to go over it again. As I still think that's the issue. but you would think. After cleaning it 10 years. No issues I would have it figured out by now. But guess not.
Manual was with me at the furnace the whole time.
Jumped the Vac switch first thing. Motor does not run when its jumped. So that should tell me it has nothing to do with that section.

I even pulled and cleaned the Temp Probe in the flu section. Cleaned the flu and removed all the pellet pipes. And looked up the 16ft 6" Flu and see daylight at the top.
I'm almost 99.99999999% sure its do with the draft. But its all clean??? Or the board has gone out not feeding power to the Vac port then to the feed motor.

Have you tried manually starting a fire by manually putting pellets in and starting? This will tell you if it at least burns as it should. I use hand sanitzer on the pellets. You can also use a propane torch which is way better and faster.

Does it feed pellets in test mode on the feed rate which is below 1? If so then a pressure switch isn't working. Test mode will run all blowers and auger for 60 seconds I believe.

No it does not feed in test mode or any other mode. Will Feed when Wired up to a cord and plugged into 110 volts. That is the only time Auger feed motor feeds. And even a new motor.

Have tried starting fire in manual mode. But still will not make auger feed pellets. If it will not feed in test mode. I don't think it will feed if I even blow it up. Sorry but I think that I put 3 or 4 times that It does not even feed in TEST MODE.

Not trying to be a Butt head. But I did add this a few times.

Possibly a new control board then. I apologize if you mentioned test mode before. I was reading this on my phone and just thought I would try to help out. I know it must be frustrating at this point. You might get in tough with Harman direct if possible.

If you jumpered the vacuum switch and the auger doesn't run then the problem is probably not draft related. When the vacuum switch is jumpered that tells the control board there is enough draft to run the stove. When the switch is jumpered you could leave the door open and the furnace would attempt a start up. If you have a schematic for it I would trace the wiring from the vacuum switch back to the control board and test for voltage when the furnace is attempting a start up. If there is then follow the wiring all the way to the end looking for a problem and also check for voltage when in start up mode. When you lose your voltage the problem lies between the last place you checked and where you are now. My guess is you're going to find no voltage coming out of the control board. Then I would be checking any fuse or fuses with an ohmmeter to see if they're good and the wire connection at the board.

You may have the relay on the control board went bad.

I had on my PB105, the relay for the ignitor stuck in the closed position (on all of the time). Had to replace the control board.
