Hi everyone,
We have a Harman PF100 set up to heat a greenhouse but it is not reaching the max burn rate of 13 pounds an hour in automatic or service mode.
When we time the feeding and not feeding with a stopwatch we get roughly 32 seconds of pause between feeding and 33 seconds of feeding on the max feed setting of 6. My understanding is we should be getting 60 seconds of feeding on the max setting.
Do you know what might be tripping up the furnace and preventing it from feeding more pellets to achieve the max burn rate?
Things we've done in the last week to improve the situation:
Did we miss something? Thanks!

Things we've done in the last week to improve the situation:
- Worked with our local dealer but they are out of practice - not many furnaces still in use
- Replaced the control board
- Replaced the slide plate (the old one was split and getting jammed up)
- Cleaned the combustion chamber and ESP thoroughly
- Bypassed the vacuum switch to rule that out
Did we miss something? Thanks!
