I've never heard of them before. I'd have to burn 3-4 bags before I'd commit to any tonnage, unless other forum members give good reviews.

dont give them a deposit.only pay when you get them.I ordered a trailer load last spring and never got them.he just kept giving me the run around on why they were delayed.so beware

They seem to be a really good pellet. They throw off a good amount of heat and ash is normal to low. I have 4 tons in my basement at the moment. The pellet operation is a small sideline for them. They will not answer calls or e-mails if they don't have pellets in stock. You would need to contact Dave. I am presently waiting to get my sales tax back from them, as they are not supposed to charge it for pellets. They are located in Allentown, NJ, out in the country. Seems like a bad way to run a business as far as answering contacts. Their product is made of hardwood flooring dust only. I really don't think they can/do make a lot of pellets.

I'm glad to hear that you actually got pellets. I live about 25 minutes away and was excited when I first found the site. Getting quality pellets can be difficult in my area. I tried contacting them a few times last year. Got Dave on the phone once, but no pellets were available. Called back & emailed a few times later and no one answered. I'm going to try again and take a ride up if I get a response. I would be very leary about paying in advance, over the phone, or through the website. I'll pay for 'em when they get loaded on my truck or delivered to my house.

I know this is an old thread, but I just bought 2 tons from them (Notie) 2 days ago. I got a quick response and was told I basically need to let them know ahead of time when I was going to pickup. I was told there would be an extra charge to use Visa so I opted for cash at pickup. After reading previous posts I'm glad I did it that way. Haven't burned any yet as I still have 2 bags left from Wally world. At 249@ ton they match Wally's price. They claim to be premium, almost superior as they state on their website.

I'll post later when I burn though a few bags.
