Has anyone replaced a window / door Gasket on a Napoleon pellet stove?

I am struggling to put together the door after replacing the gasket, there must be a secret to fitting the glass panels back in place with the new gasket. Any suggestions, my local dealer had no useful advice. The stove is an NPS40

Hello

The Napoleon pellet stove Door gaskets are very different! Not the standard rope gasket at all! You need to purchase the special Napoleon Wolf-Steel W562-0022 Glass & Door tadpole style gasket!

Here are some pics and detail of how I replaced it! The secret is bending the metal tabs out more, then set it in place and then bend the tabs back!
