Have been seeing a 28" bar for my mcculloch timberbear??do i dare get one?

hello,

i have a mcculloch timber bear.....runs great. how do you guys think it would handle 9 more inches of bar??

TimberBear was what, a 605/610 variant? If so, I'd want to keep it under 24" or preferably 20". Not sure if the oiler can really keep up with that much bar, but I think it a safe bet that the engine won't really love that much load, even with skip chain.
