Heatilator GCDC80 pilot is on and fan sounds like it is working but will not ignite into a fire. Not sure what to try…..

Look at the valve & see if you can identify the terminals labeled TH & TH-TP. With a small wire or paper clip, jump those screws. Does the unit come on? Do you hear a “click?”
