I am a newbie to fireplaces but pretty handy when given good directions. I have a Heatilator Model #NDV4236I when I flip the wall switch on, the fireplace lights no problem
but after a few minutes the flame dies down then comes back up. Any ideas what could be causing this and what the solution might be.
