Hi all. My dealer seems to have disappeared; no responses to phone nor email. I purchased a demo steel fs M55 under under warranty in 2013. It has the old convection fan. Prior to purchase, he contacted enviro and relayed to me that unless I had overtemp shut downs that I was to stay w/ the old fan. Been running 9 weeks, levels 1-3; 3 overtemp shut downs to date. If anyone can provide an email contact, that would be appreciated.

5 will get you 10 they will not talk to you and tell you to find the closest dealer
 
if you call them and let them know that you dealer isn't working with you they will help you out.
 
Thanks sab. Called Enviro; they gave me contact info for the distributor; distributor gave me "local" dealer contact info; message left.
 
Hi Ohbix, have patience, most of these issues with the old blower will work out in your favor. The orig dealer could have helped here, sounds like he didn't try hard enough. We have gotten blowers fixed in a reasonable manner. Cost for a new one MSRP is about 280.00 Good luck.
