I'd like to try burning some corn this year and would really appreciate some help and information. Is there any issue mixing it 50/50 with wood pellet, or is there a better ratio to use?

Some stoves don't burn corn period as the ash kernel does not lose its form and makes a ash pile fast or can make a clinker and corn has a higher ignition temp, around 200F more than wood. If the stove is said to be able to burn other biomass I would suggest low and go up. Bucket of a blend does not take long to use up and is not to hard to remove from stove if the mix is undigestible.

Put the stove make and model in your signature so we can better help.
