Help identifying firebox panels for replacement

Carpenter here-- I was hoping to replace these panels in my condo myself. . Can someone please direct me to the right product? Any tips or "must do's" for install would be greatly appreciated.

Any idea as to the make & model of this baby? Woodmans Parts Plus may carry what you need, if you have that info. If you can’t ID it, there are generic refractory panels available from some hearth shops, that can be cut to size. You may have to remove the originals from your firebox to get measurements. Usually, there are clips retaining the side panels, which may or may not require the removal of fasteners. They will be located at the top of the panels. The rear panel may simply be held in place by the sides, so use caution when you remove the second side, as the rear panel may fall forward…
