Hopeful that I can get some help identifying and receiving information on this stove. It has the number 850-3 stamped into the back. Appreciate it!

Don't know too much but someone else had one of these a year ago. 1852 may be the company's patent date for the fireplace.

It looks like the year of the patent for the design, although the company could have been founded then as well.
 
Yes, I meant patent date and had changed it just before your post.
