Help with this Gas Log identification

I bought a house a few months ago, and wondering what kind of log I have here. It's looks vented because of the stack, but it doesn't go anywhere. So I'm assuming this is vent free gas log.
I had an inspection but he couldn't identify it, and said he wouldn't be able to get any info until the new year.

Doing a google search didn't really get me much. But I do know the previous owner said they used it regularly last year, but I know that doesn't really say much about it's safety or anything.

The model # reads DR-18

Any info you can give me on this would be appreciated.

Hmmm...Whether it's vented or not, it SHOULD be.
The damper on your stove pipe should be open when
your log burner is being burnt.
Sounds counterproductive when trying to get heat,
but that's the way it is with gas logs.
