Hello, I recently bought a Englander 25-PDVC pellet stove, I have been adjusting the 3 setting buttons and have a good burn/pellet feed ratio.

Recently I’ve noticed partly burnt -full pellets have fallen through my burn plate and lay infront of my cold intake pipe.

Searching this forum I’ve noticed people mentioning Hillman Plugs.
The only holes I could possible plug are the ones in my burn plate. Would anyone recommend this purchase to solve my pellet problem?
