Hi -

I like the NovaJack Log Skidding Cone. However that's a lot of cash that I don't have right now.

While collecting used heavy duty pallets from the local pool supply dealer I noticed a number of heavy plastic pool fiter housings in the refuse pile.... It was about 18" in diamiter, and 24" tall.

I cut the top part off with a SawsAll and drilled the bottom so my log chain will pass though. It took about 10 minutes.

While dragging logs with the ATV It skids logs over grass and minor forrest debris like roots, and small/medium rocks. It also reduces turf damage if that is important to you.
