How am I looking after about 1 cord?

The spot in the pic is where I swiped it once with my finger. Nothing but a fine brown powder that came right off and left a clean spot.

Looks fine and very normal for clean burning. Is this at the top or the bottom of the chimney?

Keep doin whatever you're doin, looks good, what kind of wood?
Thanks! Been mostly a combo of elm, maple and oak. The oak burns well despite some of it being in the low 20% MC, but I’m letting most of it wait until next season. The maple and elm is well under 20%.
