Just put the last bag from the first ton in my stove and wondering how others are doing? We live in western Connecticut and it has been unseasonably cold. 17 degrees the other morning. I'M NOT COMPLAINING especially given that some folks near Buffalo have had upwards of 7' of snow in the last week. I'm just asking. Hope all is well with all of you and wishing you all A VERY HAPPY THANKSGIVING.

I've gone through 30 bags since November 1st. I was running about a bag a day. Except for lately when the sudden cold blast came in. I had to bump up the feed rate a little.

Just dumped the last 15 bags from the first ton in the rubbamaid garbage cans on the back deck this morning. So much easier that way. 4 rubbamaid plastic garbage cans = 15 bags. Still have 5 ton in the barn. Makes good cat beds....

Not sure how many pellets I've burned, but the most important number is roughly 2: the number of gallons of fuel oil I probably burned when we went away for a weekend.
