Feeling the Heat

Sold our stove yesterday. It feels odd with it gone but I’ll be picking up the new one next week. With the stove’s heat shield I had worked around a flat panel radiator. I am going to remove the radiator for a straight forward heat shield install. While I have plumbed two houses, I don’t have much of a clue about boiler / hot water heating systems. Here is a pic of the manifold. How do I disconnect the radiator's inlet and outlet lines without screwing things up? Heat circulates fairly well on our main floor and the other radiators should keep up when needed.

I’m already rethinking this. I may just stay with a work around.
