I have had my Eco cab50 heatilator pellet stove just over a year. Problem 1. I clean it everyday and within hours of cleaning, the glass builds up with brown stuff as well as the inside. 2. I have replaced the igniter twice in the last 3 months. Any ideas?

I would be calling your dealer since it is under warranty and having him send a tech out. Those igniters are under a 90 day warranty also. As far as the stove getting dirty, stove may not be set right as far as feed rate, or something is still dirty. kap
