It was listed when it had this type UL sticker or metal tag that would show 4 holes or rivets.

[Hearth.com] Is my Grandma IV UL listed ? Location may vary for each fabricator. Many have been painted over, but you can normally see the outline of the raised sticker thickness. Use mineral spirits lightly if you find it to remove paint without destroying sticker. The second sticker is the testing lab that tested the stove model to UL testing specifications.
 
There is no UL sticker. Is it not UL listed or has it been removed.
If there is no tag it is not ul listed it does not matter if there was one. Once it is gone so is the listing.
