I've got a unit which the knob stripped off the post of the speed control. I had been using pliers to adjust but now I think its completely worn out and the adjustment goes all over the place. I hate to have to buy an entire control board just for that one part...

Anyone have the specs of the pot? I didn't see any markings on it when I looked at it. Was planning on taking it off the board and see if I can figure out what it is, but wanted to see if someone has already done this.

Also, If I do end up having to replace the board - is there an easy way to also upgrade it to an autolight?
