Hi,
Are there any experts familiar with the Kalor Paola 13D out there?
My stove fails after 4-5 minutes with the error message Depress Fault.
The only thing I find strange is that there are brand new pellets in the lower section, but I have no idea how to access that area to remove them. Could they be blocking airflow, causing the issue?
And also is there any way I can force the controller to load 1 serving of pellets?
