Just bought these gloves, Big Jake, I paid $11.00 for them. They are very nice and thick but protective gear seems to be bulky, warm, and not as comfortable as non protective equipment. I started cutting wood before Kevlar was invented, so I thought maybe I have been lucky all these years. So now I wear all Kevlar equipment.
