53*C = 127*F
57*C = 134*F
63*C = 145*F

Given that most manufacturers like to see a minimum of 140*F on the return you should go with at least the 63* model. Best advice would be to call Tarm and ask them what they recommend.

Callefi makes a very nice thermal protection valve that comes in different temps also. I like them because they have unions and that is always a good thing down the road. Look up Callefi model 280 thermal mix valve and you should find them.

It's recommended that return water should be no less than 140°f. Some say 160°.

So I'd say either the 63°c, 66°c or 72°c.

Does your boiler have a specified minumum return water temp? Usually it's spec'd in the manual.
