We have a Foxfire PS we got new in 2019. It's basically been a good stove until a month or so ago when it stopped producing half of the heat that it usually puts out. If you're familiar with the stove, it has two levels on the top of the stove, the hopper with its glass door and a lower section in front of that's above the hot air return. In past years we couldn't touch that lower section because it would be too hot to touch when the heat was turned to 5/10. Now we have the stove running at its highest (10/10) and we can touch that surface without burning ourselves - it's just warm.
This fall I removed all of the plates in the HRD and vacuumed out the fines. Then I cleaned the stove and vent pipe thoroughly. I had extra parts so I replaced the combustion blower and the two convection blowers. Mechanically, I don't know how much more I can do other than replace the auger motor, which seems to be turning fine. This has me stumped and trying to find a Lopi serviceperson in northwest Connecticut is difficult, if not impossible. Our dealer only seems interested in selling stoves, not helping to fix them. When we asked for a service reference, they handed us a business card and said "Maybe you can try this guy." That didn't inspire confidence. When I've appealed to Travis Industries in the past, they've just refer me back to the dealer.
Can anybody help? I'm attaching a pix of the control panel taken while the stove is running, if that's of any use. Of if you know of a serviceperson in our area who knows what he's doing? Thank you in advance - we'll really appreciate any advice you can offer.

Depending on your venting you could try the leaf blower trick, you need a leaf blower with vacuum capabilities and you suck the soot/out from outside your home. First step in any pellet stove troubleshooting is clean, clean, clean. Many other videos this is just a short one.

Thank you. It's interesting you mentioned the soot because I think the problem started in October after I did a thorough cleaning of the stove (including the combustion fan housing and horizontal exhaust chamber) and stove pipe. Our PS is below grade so the soot goes up about 4 ft before hanging a right and going out through the foundation. I used my stove brush to clean it from both ends, but you have me wondering if I compressed soot in the elbow, partially blocking the air flow. I clean the stove tomorrow and once it's cold, I'll stick my ShopVac wand into the pipe and make sure it's clean. I wouldn't think that's the problem, but that's why I'm on this forum. I'll let you (and anyone else reading this) if it's successful. Thanks again.
