Even I can't help but appreciate how classic this storm is!

Up comes the moisture from the South and West....trying to stay warm, but it can't - it hits the cold air coming down from the Northwest and turns to snow.....
But that's not enough - the warm Gulfstream air now flips back around and feeds lots more moisture into the system......look at that wind coming at 34 MPH out of the NE at Boston (and all the way up to Canada!)....
It's quite a sight.....
Right now we are getting a slight lull as we are somewhat in the eye of this thing - but there is another large part of it still in VA which is going to do something. My guess is that it may be pushed slightly north and west of us....

Classic nor' easter here. Less than forecasted snow fall due to dry air coming into it on the NH / VT border then spreading out.
If all goes as it has in the past, some whipping winds and dropping temps are on the way and that "back half" should dry up before it gets here.

edit....or not....radar says one thing window says another....

Respectable snow fall none the less. Made for a nice day in the garage messing around.
