What is the trick to getting this stove to light each time?
We bought this stove for our daughter for Christmas and are having issues getting it ti light
It fired up first time in about 10-12 minutes.
After that it would not light.
Ive cleaned it good but it has only burned a few bags of pellets
It doesn't look like the igniter glows very red to me,its a faint glow
The igniter sets back from the opening about 1/4inch,not sure if thats normal
I have tried to contact customer support but good luck with that
After some internet searching I see this is an issue with this stove
Not sure what to do from here
Ready to put it in the truck and take it back to Lowes where we bought it and go get a better brand with better support,this stove was a bad decision I think
Anyone have any ideas?
