I started up for the winter last week. When I plugged the stove in, the screen was dead. I've been having some problems with the screen for awhile (the stove is a 2011), so I assumed the screen had finally given up the ghost. I ordered another one, and it arrived tonight. Hooked it up (replacing the back panel from the old screen with the new one) and it's still blank. Ugghhh! So, I got out my voltmeter. I measured the voltage at both the thermostat and the power block, At both places, the voltage between the red and white is 2.6V and between the red and green is also 2.6V. It says in the manual that the voltage should be 3.3V. I assume that's why the screen isn't turning on, i.e. not enough voltage. If that is the case, what do I do? I'm afraid the answer is going to be buy a new control board. For obvious reasons, I prefer not to do that. Any other tests I can run or things I can do?

Many thanks,

Pete
