I broke down and got the computer to assist in working on Mt Vernons'. I have a Mt Vernon and gave the toy a run through, it is very nice and I can see where it will help. It will not do a cleaning or empty the ash pan.

It will monitor blowers, auger, sensors, temps, and speeds of the blowers as they are running. It will also let you cycle each computer controlled component. It will also update fuel tables. It will also let me enter my dealer info so when the stoves throws codes it tells the customer where to call. maybe I will put 911 in there, haha. I am not an expert with this but I am still playing.

Newsflash!! Eric at Kinsman Stoves arrives in the 21st century:eek: ....has a computer......dogs faint. News update at 11.

I though that Eric was holding out for an iPhone version, what happened did he have a senior moment?

I do have an iPhone5, I have an iPad, and two computers on my erector set desk.

Good job Eric. Keep up with the times and keep the customers happy. One way to sustain your level of dealership.

Very few like you (in our area anyways). Good job.. :)

I helped a friend fix her stove using Skype. It was a hoot! An entire state away, and it was free. Can't beat that!
