My wood stacks.

Shown are some of my wood stacks,the long pile is 80 feet long all red and white oak,some beech and a little cherry,half the stack is 3 years old,the other is 2 years old.Another stack is 25 feet long mostly beech and oak 1 and a half years old. The short snow covered stacks are 12 feet long and 1 year old,most of the stacks are 6 to 6.5 feet tall.Shown also is my wood hauling rig.The short stacks are ash,mulberry,locust and a little maple,both hard and soft.

Fix the end of the row in the top left pic, it's leaning a bit. If it falls over, we need a pictures :lol: LOL

Cool stacks, how long are your splits

Average split length is 18,some 22,that leaner has been that way since it's been stacked ,I keep praying.

Looks real good and congratulations for getting your wood cut ahead of time. It will pay you some great dividends. You stack your wood a bit higher than we do as we usually stack around 4 1/2' and only occasionally 5'.
