my water temp is at 180-160,the air temp coming out of my duct/register in living room is only 77.Is this normal seems low to me,and feels cool . My neighbors air flow is nice and warm with same water temp setting in his wood boiler. could heat exchanger be plugged up?

Maybe? But there's a lot of stuff between your water temp reading and the air out of your register. That we know nothing about.
