Need some help with stove pipe for fireplace venting

I've got a Resolute Acclaim I want to vent through my existing chimney. I need a bit of guidance.

Tell me if I have something wrong here:

1. Rear exit (since coming out the top will require a serious bend)
2. 6" stove pipe tee out the back.
3. 6" round to oval (36") flex pipe with bend to left a bit to get it through the flue opening.
4. 6" oval flex pipe (60") to get it aways up into the lined brick chimney (house built in 2006)

Make sense? I assume I need to fabricate something to seal off the flue opening right? And ideas here?

Why are you not taking the liner all the way to the top of the chimney? Stubbing is going to make cleaning a pain. And if the chimney tile is too large the stove will perform poorly.

If you do stub it, a damper sealing block-off plate needs to be added. Be sure that the horiz. section of pipe going to the tee is kept short and try to pitch it uphill toward the flue by at least 1/4" / ft.
