Need to replace door gasket on harmen accentra 52i, where can I buy gasket?

I have a harmen accentra 51i pellet insert. I would like to replace the door gasket.

1. What is the OEM part (rope) that I need? Where can I buy it online?
2. how long do I need it?
3. I would like to also buy the "silicone" for it as well.
