I just bought my new home and I am having trouble keeping my new 25epi pellet stove on. I go to bed and it is working fine, but it is off in the morning. There is still plenty of pellets, no error code, and it turns back on into start up when I turn it back on. Help. It’s cold in the morning and I’d like to wake up without shivering. It’s taking some of the excitement off my new home purchase. I was excited to have an efficient greenish source of heat. ps My model doesn’t have a thermostat installed. Is there some sort of safety feature where it turns itself off after a certain number of hours??

Thank you so much for your help.

There is no safety feature to turn it off. Englanders are known for having pellets stick to the side of the hopper and as they consume pellets, they leave a cavity in the middle. There are threads on here, one fairly recently, about some ideas to help the pellets slide down into the auger chute, car wax or foil tape come to mind. I just make sure that the pellets are mounded up over the auger before I go to bed / leave for work.
