stove is perfectly clean, fresh door gasket, pellet feed is good, clear of fines but getting 6 blink code after several hours of operation
Replaced ESP and stove was erratic- replaced control board. The stove now works but goes in and out of 2blink status. When not blinking, stove feeds pellet and works good but not as hot as it should be. Runs for 5-10 minutes then goes back to 2 blink and stops feeding, fire dies down then 2 blink stops, status light goes solid and feeds fire and works well- this cycles continues for a few hours then stove shuts down with 6 blink.

Same whether set on room or stove temp. Feed setting is always at 3
When feeding and during start up, feed is good and unobstructed.

One thing I have not done is use a vacuum to clean the air intake passage. This stove does not have an outside air intake that would go through the wall to the outside of the home, just the air intake flapper inlet near the combustion motor.
Best method to clean the air intake?

Could this be the root cause of the 6 blink?

What else could be causing this error?

Welcome to the forum. We need to know what stove you have. I'm guessing it's a Harman but it's helpful to know the model and year. Putting that info in your signature is the easiest way to insure it's stated in your posts.

My stove is a 2010 Harmon P43, professionally installed
