New Englander Room blower issues

I recently purchased a timber ridge 55-trpah from amfmenergy. Stove has been working great but lately it seems as though the room air blower seems slow to turn on. Settings are still 1-4-1 as came from factory. Stove will run through start up as usual but sometimes it goes into "run" for several minutes before the blower turns on and starts circulating air. Blower was turning on while still running thru start-up mode and flame was burning good. Once the blower turns on it runs continuously as it should. Could it be a sensor problem? Everything else seems to be operating as it did when I first started the stove up. Thanks

The area around the temp. sensor could have a build up of ash. This would slow the reading.

Ok thanks for the advice, where should I concentrate my cleaning efforts,, I have been vacuuming the stove out daily and remove the two covers and vacuum those areas once a week. Any idea where the sensor should be located? Thanks

What pellets are you burning? Sometimes it takes a lot longer for my room air fan to come on if I'm burning chitty pellets.

Primarily burning turmans but also burning some green way and others that are sold at local southern states. Could be the off brand that I've been starting up on that seem to be the difference. I'll check starting up and making a note of which I use and see if there is a difference. Thanks for the advice.

Just for a point of reference, my 55-TRPAH usually fires the convection blower off just before it comes out of start-up, several minutes after having a "decent" flame going. It's interesting to watch the temp gauge I have magnetically fixed to the grill on the heat exchanger exhaust, it will rise to nearly 200*F as the stove is heating up, then when that fan kicks on the rush of air cools it back down to 150*F and then starts slowly climbing back up as the heat exchanger really gets up to temp.

My 55-TRPAH does the same thing. It all depends on if the stove is ice cold or not. If I do a quick shut down just to brush away ash or empty the pan then it the room blower starts before the start up cycle ends. But if I leave it off to get ice cold then restart it takes 2-5 minutes after the start cycle changes to run for it to start up. I would say as long as it does turn on and you are not seeing excessive temps at the stove - then it is running okay.

Its not an exact thing, even while burning steady the temps on mine can fluctuate 100ºF. So a couple minutes difference for it to get up to temp during startup I think would be fine. Though I would like to know where the temp sensor is located on these, I hadn't figured that out yet.

close, its actually mounted to the top of the exhaust coupler

Thanks for all the suggestions, i believe it was actually the pellets and starting with a cold stove. Still running without further issue.
