New install problem

Good afternoon all! I recently decided to replace my old pellet stove with a new one. I currently have a pipe vented out through my house, but the new stoves pipe doesn’t line up. The pipe through my wall is 16” from the ground and the pipe in the stove is only 8” from the ground. Is there any way to connect these so I don’t have to put a new hole in my wall? Thanks for your help
 
You can connect your new unit using the existing venting location,
probably with a couple of elbows & a short straight section.
Your unit may be further from the wall, however...
 
As said above or build your hearth to the needed height.
