Hi! I just had a Morso 7110 installed in my cabin today. We’ve had it burning all day with no problems. Tonight, I went to fill up the firebox, and I noticed a can see the white insulator pad laying ontop of the baffle, with the fire going over that insulator pad. I hadn’t noticed that before so wasn’t sure if it’s meant to be like that? We have a wood burning insert in our house, and the firebox is very different so I have nothing to compare it to. It was installed by a WETT certified installer. I’ve sent him a text But he’s likely gone to bed. I thought I’d see if anyone had some insight? Thanks!
