The proof of fire snapdisk on my EF2 is getting weak. I cleaned it but it still refuses to close until higher and higher temps. It's white ceramic 140deg F. Can I replace it with a lower temp black plastic one? It's mounted on the side of the exhaust blower housing, above the motor.
