Power Plant Live! is an interesting reuse of an old industrial facility on the waterfront. It currently houses a Hard Rock Cafe (thus the guitar) as well as an ESPN Zone (the first in the country) and Rams Head Live! (the concert hall offshoot of a great bar in Annapolis), among others.

I doubt the turbines would make a big dent in the joint's power consumption, but it's an interesting concept anyway.
