Is there anyone out there who has an older model Classic Bay that has the 3 baffles, our newer model only has two? We bought a used one from 1997 that had been sitting for years but runs. I am not sure how the middle baffle stays on it looks like there may have been a screw or something...
 
Yep mine is a 2000. Center baffle has an allen screw top center

Most ace hardware stores have cap screw assortments. Off hand i don’t remember what size, you could grab a couple sizes for what they cost. Yes i take mine out every time I clean.
