Osburn hybrid-45 pellet stove wireless remote thermostat

Hello I have an Osborne hybrid 45 pellet stove I've had it for a couple years works great I bought it used I would like to put a thermometer on it so that it will shut off and turn on when it gets cold or too hot in the room I have a quadrifire smaller pellet stove in my basement The osburn is upstairs My stove downstairs has a skytec thermostat with the wireless controller can I hook one of those up to an osburn or do I need a special thermostat for that pellet stove thank you for any help
