Stove was running fine when I first started it up last fall, my dealer started selling Lignetics pellets in addition to the AWP I always get, apparently lignetics bought AWP, So I order 2 ton of my usual AWP and a ton of Lignetics to try. I had left over pellets and when they delivered and stacked there were AWP used before I got to the lignetics. The issues started or I noticed them start when I got 10 or so bags in to the lignetics. Getting black on glass but not a lot of ash. Heat was good.

They are gone but still have this black soot from incomplete burn. I have cleaned the stove and I always run the long brush that came with the stove through the exhaust opening in the stove to clean the ESP off. Still had the issue. I removed the intake tube from the wall and the plate under the burn pot and used the shop vac connected to the intake tube to blow in to the stove.
Next thing is to shut it down again and remove the fan, I did look at it when I was blowing everything out and the front looked good, so I need to check the back, the combustion motor does not make any noises and seems to be normal sound, doesn't sound like it is running slow.
I run the stove in room temp using a thermostat and set in manual, so there is always flame but it is not as high as this, usually just a small flame.

Not sure what else to check, I will pull the ESP when I shut it down and clean it, not sure how to check the motor, it does ramp up when the thermostat wants more temperature, but still not a great flame due to air.

Any thoughts or ideas, I believe I do have a spare combustion motor here, that may be my next thing after I do my clean, if I stil haveissues.

Couple things to check, burnpot holes maybe carboned u, is the flap for the intake on the stove moving freely?

The holes are open, when I blew the intake out I used a light and mirror and they are all clean, some I ran something through just because I could not get the right angle to see through them.
I will check the flap on the intake also, I forgot there is a one way flap there.

The glass is not an issue, I am more trying to fix the stove performance than I am keeping the glass clean.
