This season started off again with fuzes blowing. Changed circuit panel, combustion blower, auger motor, igniter. Cleaned the auger, sawdust box and probe. Found out the sawdust box hadn't been cleaned in a few years. Still blew the fuze after all of the above was done.
Could neglecting the sawdust box cause the distribution motor to go bad or something? Don't want to keep changing things that aren't bad.
Anyone have these issues or any help would be appreciated. Can't figure this out.

Unplug the igniter and light it manually, then individually use an old lamp cord, wire it to the auger, distribution fan and combustion fan to see if they work, if they all do work then it may be the board

Hi, We tried this and they all work. The fuse blows after 10-15 minutes. We got a new board this fall and it does it on that also after 15 mins. Any ideas?

Do you have a surge protector on there? Are you sure the outlet itself doesn't have an issue? Is there a loose connection at the house breaker panel? Are all wiring connections between the circuit card and fans, augers, igniter good?

@Don2222 , do you have any other insights / suggestions?

I'd add a fuse for each item, even if it's just temporary to find out which circuit it is.

An obvious thing to check which you maybe have - are the fuses the right rating?

(old story, but I was on aircraft carrier when a 5A fuse blew and knocked out a full half of the ship's electrical busses - was supposed to be 10A)

Another option is re re-test each item with a fused test cord and with an AC amp meter in series (most meters have AC current mode) and test the currents drawn. I have those currents documented in my other post. Test mode will run most, and do the igniter manually.
Also measure the total current. The new stoves have one 5A fuse on the board. The auger/feed motor should be moving pellets for the test.
