Hi, I'm going to paint a used CB1200 I bought, but I'm curious about how to handle some of the details. What do you do about the door hinges when painting? Remove the door, or just paint over everything and use a blade to allow the hinges to move?

Also, to paint the grill (which isn't in bad shape), do you just spray lightly in there for a few coats, or do you disassemble everything? I'd like it to look decent, but I also work full-time, so...

FYI I'll be using Stove Bright, which I'm glad to see is supposed to be dummy-proof.

Thank you!
