Pdvc error code

I clean the burn pot before I fire up twice so far it would light then it burns for a few minutes then a E-2 code comes up and it shuts down did it this morning so E-2 popped up waited a few seconds then I hit on and 3-0 shows.This control panel is only 2 months old what's going on

I checked both might have to call them

Are your pellets bridging would cause the stove to lose flame and shut down .When this happens ,before anything else open hopper and see if pellets are getting to auger .Some people have had to buff the inside of the hopper .to allow free flow of pellets .

Turns out that there was ash packed in the igniter hole and blocking it
