Im looking to put a pellet stove in my basement and do not have options for chimney or out the wall. Can i buy a chimney liner and run that through my HVAC exhaust duct? This is a 6" pipe and the HVAC does not run during the winter.

Why can't you go out the wall? That's what I did. You do not have a choice anyway.

the wall is a Full concrete wall. Thats why im trying to come up with another option other than cutting a hole that will eventually leak.
It is not a big deal, and the only way. I had a full concrete wall, and the guy bored the hole for 4"in 30 minutes.
With the right tools, it is just part of the job. Boring with a diamond core drill is best, others might try to drill
a series of holes, and then smash it out with a percussion bit. The hole does not leak. It will have red RTV sealing it.
If you blast the hole out then you need concrete work first. I just had this done in Feb.

If you have an older house with the small hinged basement window, remove the part with the panes, cover with plywood and seal the edges. Then run a thimble thru the plywood (and seal where the thimble runs).

If you have larger egress windows, that probably goes against code, so wouldn't be an option.

Otherwise, you will need to drill thru the concrete as @Whitenuckler said.
