pellet stove wont shut down

I have a pellet stove, Europa G-75. When turned off it will not shut down. It continues to run. If I pull the plug when replugged my previous setting comes up followed by an E 5 error code. If I press the #11 icon I get a
C1 code which never shuts off either.

E5 is an over temp error, convection blower is not operating properly. I don’t see anything about a C1 in the manual.

In the instructions.. replace 130 degree sensor. Should be by the exhaust, it tells the controller there is a fire (heat) and closes the snap sensor. Guess it's stuck closed ?
