Love the info on this forum! This is one issue I’ve had that I can’t seem to find a solve for though in the search, so here goes…

I am burning New England pellets in a Harman Accenture 52i. At temp setting 1 / feed setting 4, everything is great and amount of ash is as expected.

However when I turn the temp up to 3 or above (at same feed limit of 4) I end up seeing pellets that are not fully burned being pushed into the ash pan.

Any ideas on why this would be happening? Thank you!

Incomplete burn is usually is related to air flow.

Either a very thorough cleaning, or if everything is spotless then can you increase the draft fan speed.
